2. Products & Pricing

All products listed are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for representation; actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via online payment (Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery (where available). An order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification. We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — in such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

4. Coupons & Rewards

Coupon codes and Inner Circle reward points are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Each coupon carries its own conditions (minimum order value, usage limits, expiry). Misuse of coupons or the rewards program may result in account suspension and cancellation of pending benefits.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines, charges, and coverage. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since makhana is a food product, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information; we may suspend accounts with false information or suspicious activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the MakhanaShree name, logo, tagline “From the Soil to Your Shelf”, images, and text — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakhanaShree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Purnia, Bihar.
