• Orders of ₹499 or above: FREE shipping
• Orders below ₹499: flat ₹49 shipping charge
• Charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment — no hidden costs

2. Delivery Timelines

• Bihar & neighbouring states: 2–4 business days
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Orders are dispatched from our Purnia facility within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat)

Timelines are estimates; festivals, weather, or courier delays may add 1–2 days.

3. Order Tracking

Track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your Order ID. You'll also receive email updates at every stage — confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered.

4. Packaging

Makhana is delicate! Every order is packed in food-grade, moisture-proof packaging with protective outer boxing so your makhana reaches you as crunchy and fresh as the day it left our Purnia facility.

5. Bulk / B2B Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping is quoted separately based on quantity and location. Request a bulk quote and our team will respond within 24 hours.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability after multiple attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
